We mainly use SF Express to provide reliable delivery service. Please read the following shipping terms before placing an order:
1. Delivery Method and Coverage
We currently support delivery services across all Hong Kong and Macau regions:
- SF Express: Choose door‑to‑door delivery (residential or commercial addresses).
- Self‑pickup service: Supports all SF Express smart lockers, SF Express outlets, or SF Express cooperative points (such as 7‑Eleven / OK Convenience Store) for self‑pickup.
- When placing an order, please be sure to fill in the correct “SF Express outlet code” and your contact phone number.
2. Shipping Fee Explanation
- Shipping fee collected on delivery: The basic shipping fee is paid by the buyer directly to SF Express upon collection (the fee is based on SF Express’s final charge).
- Free‑shipping promotion: Storewide purchases of HK$600 or more enjoy free shipping.
- Note: If an order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, we will wait until all items are ready and ship them together. If you request split shipment, you will bear any additional shipping fees incurred.
3. Delivery Time
- In‑stock items: Will be dispatched within 2‑3 business days after payment is completed.
- Pre‑order items:
- Since the goods are purchased directly from Korea, the general pre‑order period is 7 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- In case of replenishment delays at Korea’s Dongdaemun market or logistics congestion, the arrival time may be delayed; please understand.
- If shipment has not been made after exceeding 21 business days, we will proactively contact the customer to arrange a refund or exchange of style.
4. Order Tracking
- After the item is dispatched, the system will send the “SF Express tracking number” to you via email or message.
- You can track the parcel’s progress at any time through the SF Express official website (https://www.sf-international.com/hk/tc/) or the SF Express app.
5. Precautions
- Information accuracy: Please ensure the recipient’s name and telephone number are correct. If delivery fails or the parcel is returned due to incorrect information, any additional shipping fees incurred shall be borne by the buyer.
- Receipt inspection: When signing for the parcel, please check whether the outer packaging is intact. If you find severe damage to the outer box, please take photos as evidence, refuse to sign for it, and contact us immediately.
- Shipping risk: Once the goods are dispatched, if loss or damage occurs during transit, Dear Trio will endeavour to assist the customer in negotiating compensation with SF Express, but we shall not be liable for any such loss.
